SocialBuzz Events is a technology platform that provides discovery, profile, marketplace, booking, vendor, tournament, ticketing, and payment-related tools for venues, entertainers, event hosts, tournament hosts, vendors, service providers, businesses, and personal users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SocialBuzz Events is not the organizer, promoter, venue operator, sponsor, performer, vendor host, tournament operator, instructor, contractor, merchant of record, or responsible party for user-created events, classes, tournaments, vendor opportunities, bookings, reservations, sponsorships, gigs, ticket sales, or related transactions.

Users who create listings, tickets, vendor opportunities, paid events, tournaments, classes, reservations, sponsorships, booking opportunities, or payment-enabled offerings are solely responsible for:

  • Event accuracy and fulfillment
  • Vendor spot fulfillment and availability

SocialBuzz Events does not guarantee that any event, tournament, class, reservation, booking, sponsorship opportunity, vendor opportunity, entertainer appearance, performer appearance, service, or listing will occur as advertised or occur at all.

Payment funds may be split automatically through connected payment accounts and may be transferred directly to the responsible user or business account. SocialBuzz Events does not control payout timing, account holds, reserve requirements, verification requirements, disputes, or payout delays imposed by third-party payment processors.

By connecting a payment account or using payment-enabled features, you agree to comply with all applicable payment processor terms, including Stripe's connected account requirements, verification requirements, policies, and restrictions.

Refund eligibility is determined by the responsible organizer, venue, event host, tournament host, vendor host, entertainer, instructor, service provider, or other responsible user, subject to applicable law.

Platform fees, service fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, dispute fees, and other third-party processing costs may be non-refundable, even when refunds are issued, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Users acknowledge that such fees may represent technology services provided, payment processing costs incurred, fraud prevention services, compliance services, platform operation costs, and other services already performed at the time of purchase.

SocialBuzz Events is not responsible for funding refunds and is not required to reimburse buyers, attendees, vendors, participants, customers, organizers, hosts, businesses, or other users for refunds owed by another user of the platform.

SocialBuzz Events reserves the right to restrict, remove, pause, disable, investigate, hold, review, or terminate payment-related features, listings, tickets, vendor opportunities, tournaments, reservations, payouts, or related transactions at any time if fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, policy violations, suspicious activity, legal concerns, or platform safety concerns are suspected.
